Project
Palmetto Beverage Service
A field-service company serving restaurants, convenience stores, and venues across the Charlotte metro — repairing and maintaining frozen-beverage machines, refrigeration, and brewing/dispensing equipment.Industry
Commercial equipment service · B2B field service. A trust-and-response-time business where a dead machine on a hot day is lost revenue by the hour.
Challenge
Equipment service is a low-trust, commoditized category. Buyers can't tell a certified, documented operation from a truck with a toolbox until it's too late. Palmetto needed a site that proved competence before the first call, made their certifications and response commitments impossible to ignore, and converted urgent one-off repairs into recurring service contracts.
Solution
A trust-first brand and website built around verifiable claims, not adjectives. We led with the real cost of downtime, gave prospects a checklist of eight things to verify before hiring anyone, foregrounded dual-side certification and auditor-grade documentation, and structured honest service-plan tiers (Essential, Priority, Managed) that reframe repairs as scheduled, managed reliability.
